My husband, Dan and I chose Edward Carroll Construction to build our home in
July 2004. We were very happy in working with Mr. Carroll and the quality of work
on our home was exceptional and finished in record time and on budget. As this was
our first construction home, Mr. Carroll offered several suggestions which proved to truly
make our home more comfortable. We would definitely recommend the services of Edward
Carroll Construction to anyone who is looking to build a new home in the Zachary, LA. area.

As you know, we were prepared and had the construction knowledge to build it ourselves, but with both of our careers, choosing you to build our house was a must. It may have saved our marriage! You experience and time relieved stress and created our home. During each phase of construction, we felt well informed. Your experience and knowledge hulped us in every step from choosing the brick to choosing doorknobs. With your help, we were also able to analyze the cost of our decisions and the long-term affect on the value of our home. To Whom it may concern, My husband and I recently built a
new home. In the beginning we were contemplating sub-contracting the
house ourselves. Thank goodness we did not. We quickly realized that
we did not have the experience, contacts or the time to dedicate to
building a house. We signed a contract with Edward Carroll
Construction, LLC to build our home. The process was so much smoother
than we both expected. Within 4 months, we had moved into our dream
home. Edward and Tracy were extremely knowledgeable and easy to work
with. In the beginning we were given an estimated cost of
construction. Amazingly, we were able to stay within our overall
budget. Edward and Tracy have many contacts within the building
industry. Any contractor's discounts were passed along to us, which
helped us stay within our budget. Deciding to build a house was
a scary process, however it ended up being the best decision my husband
and I made. We highly recommend Edward Carroll Construction, LLC if
